Koei has today confirmed that Samurai Warriors: Katana will be heading to Wii in 2008, with a North American launch in January. A first-person title with players slashing through waves of enemy warriors with the Wii-remote, Katana is said to feature over thirty hours of gameplay - promising to give Wii-wielders a bit of a workout in the process too.
Once again returning players into the heat of feudal Japan, Katana will feature three different game modes including the option for two-player gameplay.
“Samurai Warriors: KATANA thrusts players right into the heat of battle,” said Amos Ip, Senior Vice President of KOEI Corporation. (Read content ‘Samurai Warriors Katana To Slice Through Wii [News]’…)
