Ubisoft says Far Cry 2 to be released February 2008October 30
An updated release schedule from Ubisoft Entertainment revealed that , the sequel to the original PC hit Far Cry, is expected to be on shelves February 2008. This tentative schedule is also met with a flurry of other video games from the Paris-headquartered publisher, including Assassin’s Creed on and Nintendo DS, Lost on Sony , Microsoft and , and Brothers in Arms Hell’s Highway on the , , and .
While the upcoming holiday season would be the good time to release the most awaited games, it appears that Ubisoft Montreal is willing to join Nintendo in its drive to release its strong games in a period not usually dabbed with high profile releases.
