Reports in the gaming press are suggesting that Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots might slip into the second quarter of 2008. The information comes from a Konami of Japan press release which comments that more time was needed for further improvements that will improve the game’s quality.

Here’s the first trailer video for the upcoming online PC and PlayStation Portable title from Pentavision Entertainment. The studio is mostly known for its DJ Max Portable franchise on the Sony handheld.

According to reports in The Sun, game publisher giant EA has forked out 5 million to retain the rights to use Lewis Hamilton’s name in an upcoming game. The game is reputedly already in development for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 systems.
